Our fixed price solution pays off for Mandoe Media.
When one of the world’s largest fast food chains approached Mandoe Media with a major wireless infrastructure project to be completed in just 18 weeks across its 875 sites, Mandoe knew it had a challenge, especially as the readiness of each site could not be guaranteed.
As well, all equipment needed to be pre-configured to deliver a complex software-driven solution and, as no equipment could be delivered to any of the outlets, an integrated logistics solution was essential.
Mandoe turned to Best Technology Services for IT installation project expertise. Mandoe knew from experience that Best would guarantee outcomes for the entire project, at a fixed price per site, and that Best could quickly put an engineering team in place.
Mandoe drew on our 28 engineers with the appropriate cabling and networking skills, based in regional and remote locations. We implemented 14 logistic points nationally to enable each engineer to collect equipment before installation or to meet equipment at pre-arranged times and sites. The skills sets and schedules reflected the need for a high margin for error, including a real time escalation process.
Collaborating with Best Technology Services resulted in a successful outcome for Mandoe, further strengthening its relationship with one of its largest clients.
With our experience and capability, only one project manager from Mandoe’s client needed to be involved. And our national scale meant travel costs were contained and schedules met. Despite only 45 per cent of sites being ready upon arrival, only seven (0.8%) were unable to be completed at the appointed time.
