Best Technology Services creates the perfect service team for Fujitsu.
As one of the world’s largest IT equipment and services companies, Fujitsu is committed to efficiency improvements without compromising the quality of its service. It was looking for a dedicated preventative maintenance team to help reduce the number of service calls from one of its major clients, a large retail chain.
Fujitsu recognised that Best Technology Services genuine desire to get it right first time every time made our team the right fit, and asked us to create a robust service system. They wanted a team who would take ownership of their results in allocated territories – and be rewarded accordingly. With our unique approach to recruitment, which includes psychometric testing, we selected a group of engineers who possessed both the required technical know-how and the right attitude.
Best Technology Services now supplies the client with a dedicated elite team of 32 specially selected engineers, each consistently demonstrating that sense of ownership the client wanted to achieve. As an incentive, we also introduced a monthly Customer Satisfaction Report, which leads to a custom-built Best bonus payment system that rewards exceptional performance.
Customer satisfaction is now so high that more than 95 per cent of engineers receive the full bonus, equal to 15 per cent of salary.
